It was named Teletubies then because one of visitor who visited this exciting hill accidentally mentioned Teletubies to name the hill. Since then, people know the hill as Teletubies hill. From the top of the hill you will see the view of local residences, activities of local people, and a view of wonderful blue sea.
To enjoy the wonderful view of Teletubies hill and get a great spot for taking pictures, you are not suggested to come in dry season because you will see barren hill and the view looks bad. Meanwhile, if you come in rainy season, you will see a grassy field with lots of fertile plants grow on the hill. It will look nice and it must be a great landscape for your photo background. Teletubies hill is also a recommended place for pre-wedding photoshoot with its amazing landscape as the background. Access, Location, and Facilities at Teletubies Hill
To reach Teletubies hill, you have to find Nusa Penida first by fast boat from Sanur beach or Padang Bai. After arriving in Nusa Penida, you can rent motorbike or car to reach Julingan in Tanglad village which is located in eastern part of Nusa Penida to find the Teletubies hill
Since it is a natural tourism destination, facilities around Teletubies hill are not complete yet. There is a large parking area provided at Teletubies hill, of course you can go by car to reach the hill. You can visit the hill any time you want except in Nyepi day. For domestic visitors, you just need to pay 10.000 rupiahs per car for the ticket
